Thank you for visiting this website, which is owned and operated by Infinite Electronics International, Inc. (the “Company” or “we”).  This Privacy Policy describes the personal data handling policies of the Company and its websites for its family of brands which include: 
L-com, Pasternack, Fairview Microwave, MilesTek, Aiconics, IntegraOpticsShowMeCables, PolyPhaser,  Transtector, RadioWaves,  KP Antennas, INC Installs and NavePoint (collectively, the “Sites”), including the following:

·         What personal data we collect from the sites.

1. Personal Data We Collect or Process

 

A.   The Sites capture some information about you automatically utilizing background local storage and session storage technologies such as cookies and web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) (collectively, “Cookies”). Cookies are small files or other pieces of data which are downloaded or stored on your computer or other device, which can be tied to information about your use of the Sites (including certain third-party services and features offered as part of our Sites). Examples of information of this type are your IP address, the browser you are using, the operating system you are using, the pages on the Sites that you visit and details of your transaction activity, such as the amount, date and time for each transaction.  When we use Cookies, we may use “session” Cookies that last until you close your browser or “persistent” cookies that last until you or your browser delete them.

We utilize a Cookie banner through which you may manage your preferences about Cookies. You may also change your browser settings to decline the use of Cookies.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. which uses cookies to identify the frequency of use of certain areas of our Sites and to identify preferences. You can deactivate Google Analytics using a browser add-on if you do not wish the analysis to take place. You can download the add-on here:

We may use third-party companies to help us serve ads or messages on our behalf on third party websites. These companies may employ Cookies and web beacons to measure advertising or messaging effectiveness (such as which web pages are visited, which messages are responded to, or what products are purchased and in what amount). Any information that these third parties collect via Cookies and web beacons is not linked (by them) to any personal information collected by us.

We operate social media pages on third party networks and have social media icons on our Sites. When you visit or link to our social media pages, data is processed both by us and the applicable social media provider. Social media providers are unaffiliated with us, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of social media providers.  Social media providers have their own terms of use and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies whenever you visit their websites or interact with their platforms.

B.   We also collect information that you provide to us voluntarily. We collect personal information from you when you request a catalog, request a quote, open an account, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form, apply for a job with us, sign up to receive newsletters, advisories, announcements and invitations and contact us by phone, email or through Live Chat.

To set up an account or request a catalog, we require first and last name, company name, email, business address and shipping address.  A phone number is optional. To purchase products, we will also require payment card information. To request a quote, we require your first and last name, company name and email.

If you use the Live Chat function or call us, such conversations may be recorded by a third-party provider.

We utilize ADP, a third-party provider, to host our job applications and assist with the application process. ADP has its own terms of use and privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies whenever you interact with ADP’s platform.  We will use the personal data of job applicants solely for employment evaluation purposes. Providing this information is completely voluntary.

C.  We do not knowingly collect information from users of our Sites under the age of 18 and/or their internet usage, and such persons are not authorized to use the Sites. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You also represent, by accessing or using the Sites, that you are of legal age to enter into legal agreements, or if you are not, that you have obtained your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to accept the terms in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use the Data

We use the data we collect:

D.  To process transactions. Your personal information will be used for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

E.   To improve our Sites. We continually strive to improve our Sites and their offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. We also collect information on website traffic patterns on a macro-scale which is not tied directly to your personal information.

F.   To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

G.  To improve search results on our Sites. We use the browsing activity of our users combined with artificial intelligence tools to improve the results you receive from using the search function on our Sites.

H.  To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time, you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails from any of our brands, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.  Please note that unsubscribe requests are processed on a per-brand basis.

I.     To send product guides and other communications to keep you updated on our most current products and services. We may also use your address to send you occasionally new product announcements and our customer satisfaction survey, to help us know how we can improve our services and performance. You may elect to opt out of either of these uses of your mailing address by contacting us at privacy@infiniteelectronics.com.

J.    To deliver advertisements.

K.   To fill employment positions.

L.   To fulfill legal obligations, we have to governmental authorities or other third parties.

M.  For other legitimate business purposes.

3. With Whom We Share Personal Data

The Company is a provider of services headquartered in the United States, and as such may need to share information with internal personnel and our affiliates located in different geographic locations in order to perform our services.  We may also share your personal data to third parties (within or outside your country of residence) who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation our service providers, job hosting provider, credit card processor, technology providers and professional advisors.

We may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Sites, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our or our affiliates’ rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of the Sites.  We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information that we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We also may disclose your information when we determine that applicable law requires or permits such disclosure, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.

We may share your information with a third party (within or outside your country of residence) in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, liquidation or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock with such third party.

We may share aggregated and de-identified information with third parties (within or outside your country of residence) for analytical, research or other similar purposes.

We may obtain your written consent from time to time in electronic form by using online agreements or other acknowledgements on the Sites, including for any other contemplated uses of your personal data not addressed in this Privacy Policy. Please read all online agreements carefully before accepting them.


4. Grounds for Using Your Personal Data

We rely on the following legal grounds to process your personal information:

·        Consent. Some uses of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy are subject to your consent, such as marketing email communications.  To withdraw your consent, please email us at privacy@infiniteelectronics.com.  You may also refrain from providing, or withdraw, your consent for Cookies via your browser and mobile settings.

·        Performance of a Contract. We may need to collect and use your personal information to enter into a contract with you and to perform services and deliver products that you request.

·        Legitimate Interests. We may use your personal information for our legitimate interests to provide our products and services and to improve our Sites and their content.  We may use technical information as described in this Privacy Policy and use personal information for our marketing purposes consistent with our legitimate interests and any choices that we offer or consents that may be required under applicable law.

·        Compliance with Legal Obligations. We may use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

5. Storage and Protection of Your Personal Data

We retain the personal data we collect for so long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected and to perform our contractual and legal obligations. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, we store email addresses until the user requests to be unsubscribed or removes themselves through any self-service tools offered to the user.

We take reasonable administrative, physical and technical precautions to protect your personal data and communications between us.  Our Sites are equipped with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL protocol is the industry-standard to enable encrypted, authenticated communications across the Internet. SSL uses public key encryption mechanisms, one of the strongest encryption methods available to protect data sent over the Internet. Customer information sent is not discernible to anyone except the recipient. Browsers that support the SSL encryption technology are called secure browsers. Online orders must be placed from a secure browser. Most current browsers are secure, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Apple Safari. Your browser will automatically enter the secure mode when you make purchases. If you do not have a secure browser and would like to place orders, please contact our sales department for assistance.

Additionally, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, the industry-standard Internet security protocol, to secure your credit card information. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as it’s transferred over the Internet. We do not retain credit card information in our systems.

No Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free, however.  We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, and we are not responsible for processes and networks that we do not control.  Users assume the risk of security breaches and the consequences resulting from them.  Please be careful in deciding what information you send to us via email or over the Internet.

 

6. Your Rights, Choices and Disclosures

A. General. This section is subject to specific disclosures on privacy rights set forth below. We are committed to facilitating the exercise of your rights granted by the laws of your jurisdiction, which may include the right to request the correction, modification or deletion of your personal information and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as applicable). We will do our best to honor your requests subject to any legal and contractual obligations.  If you would like to make a request, cancel your account or request we delete or no longer use your account information, contact us at privacy@infiniteelectronics.com or make changes to any user profile information connected to your account. Section (B) below describes the rights of those individuals located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that has adopted laws substantially similar to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Section (C) describes the rights of residents of California (or another jurisdiction that has adopted laws substantially similar to the California Consumer Privacy Act,

 

You may opt out of receiving electronic marketing communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link on the communication. Some non-marketing communications may not be subject to a general opt-out, such as communications about transactions, disclosures to comply with legal requirements, software updates and other support-related information.  If you do not wish to receive any service-related emails from us, you have the option to deactivate your account.

 

Subject to local law, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction regarding your personal data, such as the right to complain to your local data protection authority and the right to appeal our decision regarding a data access request.

 

You may be able to disable Cookies through your browser settings and/or opt-out links, but if you delete or disable Cookies, you may experience interruptions or limited functionality in certain areas of the Sites.

 

B.  Your European Privacy Rights and Choices. If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that has adopted laws substantially similar to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your privacy rights include the following:

·         Right of access, restriction of processing, erasure. ·         Right to withdraw your consent at any time. When we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.

·         Right to object at any time. You have the right to object at any time to receiving marketing or promotional materials from us by either following the opt-out instructions in commercial e-mails or by contacting us, as well as the right to object to any processing of your personal data based on your specific situation. In the latter case, we will assess your request and provide a reply in a timely manner, according to our legal and contractual obligations.  Some non-marketing communications are not subject to a general opt-out, such as communications about transactions and disclosures to comply with legal requirements.

·         Right to data portability. You have the right to data portability of your own personal data by contacting us.

·         Right not to be subject to an automated decision, including profiling. We do not make automated decisions using your personal data that may negatively impact you.

·         Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes your privacy rights under GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

 

C. California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosures

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act effective January 1, 2023 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to request:

·         The business or commercial purpose of collecting, selling or sharing personal information.

·         The categories of third parties with whom we share or sell personal information.

Additionally, you have the right:

·         to know the length of time we retain your personal information.

·         to request deletion of your personal information.

·         to request the correction of any inaccurate data.

·         to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (if applicable).

Any sensitive data we collect is used only for a business purpose and not for the purposes of inferring characteristics of a consumer.

We do not sell or share personal information for monetary consideration under CCPA. In the last 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we have shared (as defined under CCPA) consumers’ personal information in the context of online behavioral advertising. To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, please indicate your preferences via our Cookie banner. You may also opt out of the use of Cookies using your browser settings and opt out of the use of Google Analytics Cookies by downloading the browser add-on https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Personal data may be provided to our service providers, contractors and, pursuant to Sections 1798.140(ad)(2)(A) and 1798.140(ah)(2)(A) of the CCPA, to third parties.

If you submit a data subject request, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number and state and country of residence.  We may also require that you submit your request via the Services’ standard authentication procedures (i.e., log on with username and password to submit a request) and/or provide information about any historical transactions with us to ensure you are the person you say you are. If this information or these processes are insufficient to verify your identity and assess your privacy request, we may need to ask for additional information.  You may also designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA privacy request.

California “Shine the Light” Information-Sharing Disclosure: California residents may request a list of all third parties with respect to which we have disclosed any information about you for direct marketing purposes and the categories of information disclosed.  If you are a California resident and want such a list, please send us a written request to 
privacy@infiniteelectronics.com with “California Shine The Light Rights” in the subject line.

 

Do Not Track Disclosure: We use tracking tools on our Sites to provide targeted advertising on third party websites unless the user requests not to be tracked. Our Sites utilize a tool designed to detect and honor Global Privacy Control signals from visitors to our Sites in a frictionless manner. If the Site detects a Global Privacy Control signal, the user will see a message stating so. The Site will automatically opt the user out of certain cookies depending on how the user has set the signal. If the signal is set to “not to share or sell my data”, then the user will be automatically opted out of all cookies except those that are strictly necessary. If the signal is set to “Do Not Track”, then the user will be automatically opted out of targeting cookies. However, the user will have the ability to override the automatic settings from the GPC signal via the cookie banner that is presented on the Sites.

 

7. Users Outside the United States

The Sites are controlled and operated from the United States. If you are an individual from the European Union, Canada or any other jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that we may store the information we collect in the United States which is not deemed an “adequate jurisdiction” by the European regulatory authorities.  Personal data may also be transferred from the country of your residence to other countries, including the United States.

The Sites may contain links to other websites for your convenience or information.  These websites may be operated by companies unaffiliated with the Company, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.  Linked websites may have their own terms of use and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies whenever you visit the websites.

9. Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices, and any such amendments shall apply to information already collected and to be collected. Your continued use of the Sites after any changes to our Privacy Policy indicates your agreement with the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.  Please review this Privacy Policy periodically and especially before you provide personal data to us.  If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email or by means of a notice on our home page.  The date of the last update of the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer of Infinite Electronics Michael drives digital transformation efforts, growing the company’s ecommerce business and managing the information technology function. 

Michael’s industry experience spans retail, ecommerce / DTC, manufacturing, distribution, financial, consulting, distribution, B2B and private equity. He previously held executive and senior leadership roles at global companies such as Deloitte, Office Depot, Total Wine and More, Sensaria and, most recently, as president at Digital Discovery Advisors.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of South Florida.

Brian McCutcheon

Vice President, Operations

Brian is Infinite’s Vice President of Operations, leading the management team responsible for six of Infinite Electronics’ logistics and productions facilities. His efforts focus on being an operational change agent for the transformation and integration of key business systems and processes.

Brian’s experience spans the scope of operations and business management functions. Prior to joining Infinite Electronics, Brian worked at two Fortune 500 companies. During his 15 years with Nokia, he held multiple management-level positions, including, Production Manager for its US-based, network equipment factory and Program Manager for carrier acceptance of network infrastructure installations and mobile device launches. While with Halliburton for nearly five years, he worked as an industrial engineer and was selected to participate in the company’s Management Training Program.

Brian has an Executive MBA from SMU Cox School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.

MATTHIAS NORWEG

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

As Infinite Electronics’ Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Matthias leads Infinite’s global mergers and acquisitions functions, including target identification, due diligence, deal negotiation, and working with the broader Infinite team on integration planning.

Matthias comes to Infinite with 20 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking and venture capital. Immediately prior to Infinite, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer at Synchronoss Technologies. Matthias also previously held the roles of Director for Lincoln International investment bank, Principal at ABS Ventures, and various positions at Deutsche Bank.

Matthias earned an M.B.A from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a dual master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration from Technische Universität Berlin.

Mike Braun

Vice President, Procurement

Serving as Infinite Electronics’ VP of Procurement, Mike Braun leads the company’s supply chain to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring production delivers on time.

Mike has more than 30 years of materials management experience. He joined L-com in 2014 as Director of Supply Chain. In 2017, Mike was promoted to his current position as Infinite Electronics’ Vice President of Procurement, where he oversees the company’s global material planning, shipping, and purchasing and supplier negotiations. Previously, he held the position of Director of Materials and Logistics for Inalfa Roof Systems and Corporate Materials Manager for Fisher Dynamics.

Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University, and Master of Science degree in Management from Walsh College.

Wesley Muddle

Vice President, Finance

As Infinite Electronics’ VP of Finance, Wesley leads the financial planning, analysis and reporting team. He also provides financial expertise to cross-functional departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing and Product Development.

Previously, Wesley served as a VP of Finance for Guitar Center, where he managed various financial activities for the private equity owned retailer. He also developed and drove significant growth in warranty, private label credit card and gift card business lines. Prior to Guitar Center, Wesley held key financial roles for public companies, including Intermix Media and Nielsen Holdings.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ithaca College in New York, Wesley obtained his CPA license while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

CHARLIE BONOMO

Chief Information Officer

As Infinite Electronics’ Chief Information Officer, Charlie leads our Information Technology team, leveraging technology tools to create competitive advantage for the company.

Charlie came to Infinite with extensive experience in the IT sector. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at MSC Industrial Supply Co. While there, he led MSC’s strategic IT Roadmap and a digital transformation within the company, implementing state-of-the-art systems in areas including eCommerce, cloud computing, advanced analytics, managed inventory and more. Before that, Charlie was the VP of Infrastructure and Operations at Arrow Electronics, Inc. He also previously held the roles of Director of Clinical Technology at Mount Sinai Medical Centner, and VP and Chief Information Officer at NYU Health System.

Charlie has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in computer science from Hofstra University. 

Frank Shambarger

Vice President, Human Resources

Frank is responsible for Infinite Electronics’ global human resources operations, leading organizational strategy, promoting operational effectiveness, and building a positive working culture.

With over 20 years of human resource management experience, Frank brings expertise in implementing change at all levels of a global, complex and dynamic organization, using human resource technologies to enhance bottom line results.

Prior to his tenure with Infinite Electronics, Frank held senior human resources roles at WEX Inc., Amistco Separation Products, Munters, M/A-COM and Tyco Electronics.

Frank holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and has studied Advanced Human Resource Management at the University of California, Los Angeles – Anderson School of Management.

Jim Dauw

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Jim is responsible for Infinite Electronics’ global operations strategy, implementation and facilities management.

Jim’s expertise includes more than 25 years of strategic and operational experience, leading global fortune 500 organizations such as ITT, GKN and Alcoa. Jim’s most recent role was with 3V Fasteners, where he was the President. Jim’s experience spans the scope of operations and business management functions.

Jim holds a B.A. in History from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Scott Rosner

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Scott is responsible for Infinite Electronics’ global Accounting, Finance, Information Technology and M&A diligence functions.

Scott comes to Infinite Electronics with more than 25 years of accounting, finance, IT and HR experience, leading organizations such as Anchor Blue, APX Logistics, and the publicly traded House2Home/HomeBase. Scott’s most recent role was with CoolSys, Inc, where he was CFO.

Scott holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Cal State Fullerton.

Krishnan Iyer

Vice President, Information Technology

In the role of VP of Information Technology, Krishnan oversees all IT functions for Infinite Electronics’ global operations.

Krishnan has more than 30 years of broad-based technology experience in a variety of industries that encompass both publicly traded and privately held organizations, including Conexant, Capital Group and Schneider Electric. Krishnan’s experiences within these enterprises fostered multiple partnerships across varied functional areas, highlighting his ability to provide sound technology solutions that solve internal and external customers’ business issues.

Krishnan earned an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics.

Wouter-Jan van der Wurff

President, Cable Connectivity Group, an Infinite Brand

As Presidentof Cable Connectivity Group (CCG), Wouter-Jan is responsible for overseeing the CCG business. 

Wouter-Jan has led CCG since 2020. He has 20 years of experience as an international business executive in the industrial automation, marine & offshore, energy, and oil & gas markets. With a strong background in sales & marketing, and business strategy, Wouter-Jan held executive roles at global companies such as Thales, GE, and INNIO.

Jason Koshy

Vice President, Global Sales

As Infinite Electronics’ Global VP of Sales, Jason leads all sales teams, including Inside Sales & Service, Channel Sales and Installations.

Jason has more than 22 years of experience that covers all facets of the business, with past positions including Applications Engineer, Quality & Manufacturing Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales for North America and, most recently, VP of Sales for the Americas and ROW. Jason also participated in the integration of Kaelus, RadioWaves, PolyPhaser and Transtector into the Infinite Electronics brand family.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Penny Cotner

President and Chief Executive Officer

As Infinite Electronics’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Penny leads the executive management team to drive growth and shareholder value.

Penny joined Infinite in 2013, and brings over 25 years of experience in the Electronics industry, from engineering positions at Hughes Aircraft Company and with Rockwell’s Space Station Program, to leadership roles in Marketing and Sales Operations with Fortune 500 global Electronics Distributor, Arrow Electronics.

Penny holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State – Northridge and an M.B.A. from UC – Irvine.

Gabriel Gugliemli

Vice President, Product Management

In the role of Vice President of Product Management, Gabriel Guglielmi oversees all product management for Infinite Electronics’ global operations.

Gabriel brings more than 25 years of experience in the electronics components industry, serving in various senior management positions including General Manger at ST Microelectronics, Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Smiths Connectors, and President of Interconnect Devices Inc (IDI). His leadership and product line management experience drove growth within these companies by focusing on developing and expanding product portfolios through internal product development and private labeling.

Gabriel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA in Lyon, France, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from HEC in Paris, France.

DAVID COLLIER

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, David is responsible for Infinite Electronics’ global operations strategy, implementation and facilities management.

David’s background includes more than 20 years of global supply chain and supply chain integration, procurement and inventory management, demand planning, logistics and operations leadership in multi-billion-dollar, global companies such as McMaster-Carr, MSC Industrial, and Arrow Electronics.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University.

Alexander Arrieta

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resource Officer, Alexander is responsible for Infinite Electronics’ global human resources operations, leading organizational strategy, promoting operational effectiveness and building a positive working culture.

He has more than 20 years of experience in all key areas of human resource management. This includes talent acquisition and management, culture and engagement, learning and development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning for organizations such as Discovery Land Company, United Pacific, S&P Global and Disney.

Alexander earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, as well as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Southwestern Law School.

JOHN WILSON

President, Bulgin, An Infinite Brand

As President of Bulgin, John is responsible for overseeing the Bulgin business.

John served as CEO of Bulgin from its primary MBO in 2019. Prior to this, he was Group CEO of Bulgin’s UK listed holding company for 10 years following a decade working on a global basis for technology and engineering design consultancies. He has more than 15 years experience as an Executive Chairman, CEO and NED in both public and private companies. John also serves as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees for a UK listed business he co-founded.

John holds an Engineering degree from Durham University.

David Quinn

Chief Revenue Officer

As Infinite Electronics’ CRO, David is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging and aligning revenue-generating departments and overseeing the company’s product and technology strategy.

David comes to Infinite Electronics with more than 30 years of strategic business development experience in the wireless industry. Prior to joining Infinite Electronics, David was the VP of Business Development and Strategy at Smiths Microwave Telecoms, Managing Director of the Coverage Solutions Division at Powerwave Technologies Inc., and the President & CEO of Kaval Wireless Technologies Inc. David began his career at Motorola, developing wireless network systems.

David holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering from McMaster University and is a licensed P. Eng. and a certified PMP.

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Emily is responsible for Infinite Electronics’ global marketing strategy and execution, including brand strategy, direct and digital marketing, ecommerce, customer experience, acquisition, and retention, internal and external communications and PR, analytics and operations.

Emily joins Infinite Electronics with more than 20 years of extensive B2B and B2C marketing leadership experience. Prior to Infinite Electronics, Emily was CMO with Berlin Packaging, head of global marketing and digital innovation for Arrow Electronics Enterprise Computing Division, led Arrow’s eCommerce business as the General Manager of Global eCommerce, and held ecommerce and marketing leadership roles at National Instruments, Dell and Compaq.

Emily holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado.
